Salary: £80,000 - £90,000

  • Understanding the customer’s need and support the product development in line with the agreed Product Strategy
  • Working with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Development, Client Support, marketing and Legal teams
  • Working with external stakeholders such as Banks, Financial Institutions and 3rd Party Service partners to further product growth and success

  • Act as a subject matter export for Trade band Supply Chain finance products
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer experiences and needs, driving product enhancement and provide recommendations to the product roadmap strategy
  • Own the delivery of the assigned product initiatives from strategic planning through to market
  • Identify product gaps and generate new product ideas that drive product adoption and growth
  • Drive business case development for new products and initiatives
  • Support the FTI team related activities as needed (comprised of Product Management, Business Analysis, Development and QA functions)
  • Identify and analyse critical issues relating to the product design and promotion
  • Support management reporting processes such as annual and monthly product roadmap reviews and other management requests
  • Assess market competition and market share by undertaking competition analysis and monitoring market developments
  • Ensure an aligned and coordinated approach across other Product Management groups and cross-product functions
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
  • Act as POC for all Product related enquires
  • Lead product user groups, participating in user conferences and customer advisory boards

  • 5+ years of relevant Financial industry experience
  • Product track record of product management accomplishments and initiatives with demonstrated success in product launches and end-to-end execution
  • Experience working with project management software (knowledge of project management principles including Agile)
  • Expertise in the global trade and supply chain finance market
  • Trade and Supply Chain Finance product management experience from financial institution or a technology provider is preferred
  • Experience with management and project orchestration tools eg. JIRA, EPIC, Salesforce
