Warehouse and Operations Logistics Manager - London
Reporting to the MD of this Engineering/Site Survey consultancy, this role will be to efficiently plan and manage site deliveries for the operations. With a view to minimise journeys, keep track of the whereabouts of our plant materials and equipment. A hands on role, you may be required to use HILTI plant and equipment. Management of software and updating information. To manage the car fleet of approximately 30 vehicles and ensure FORS compliance. Training will be provided on systems but we are looking for a talented individual who will be able to bring their own enthusiasm and knowledge to provide reduction in wasted journeys, broken and lost equipment as well as inspire a sense of accountability and responsibility in the workforce by demonstrating the benefits of implementing systems in improving their work-life balance and reducing work related stress.
The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills, being able to handle IT systems and spreadsheets and be well versed with plant and equipment.
