Customer Logistics Coordinator
Location: Slough - 9-5:30pm Monday to Friday with some travel into London
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 with 25 days holiday plus great company benefits
We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Logistics Coordinator on behalf of our client in Slough. My client are looking for either a graduate who would be looking to grow within a supply chain/logistics industry or a candidate who has a wealth of logistics/order management experience? Are you someone who has great relationship management skills? Are you a hard working driven candidate who wants to succeed ? Are you able to ensure stock arrives on time? Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for clients
- Provide support to client managers
- Provide clients up to date delivery schedules advising any changes to planned shipments/deliveries
- Provide support to system users
- Manage action lists/updates/dashboards
- Provide training to new users
- Work closely with other departments to ensure clients receive first class customer service experience
