The duties for the role will involve:

- Processing purchase orders

- Updating internal systems to reflect deliveries, shipments and invoices

- Liaising with customers and suppliers over the phone and by email

- Running stock and customer sales reports

- Liaising with shipping agents to negotiate competitive prices

- Supporting the team with any ad hoc admin tasks

The successful person will: 

- Have a 'hands on' and 'solutions orientated' outlook

- Be enthusiastic with a flexible approach to work

- Excel: Formulas and Sums (essential)  Pivot Tables and VLookups (desirable)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
