This company specialise in Insulation Contracts & Projects within the Industrial and Commercial Sector. They have been growing year on year due to their skilled team and now they are looking for a Contracts / Operations Manager who is ambitious and committed to taking the company forward, to join them.
The opportunity for progression to directorship is on offer for the right candidate, as the company expands in the future.
This role would suit someone with experience managing Commercial or Industrial Mechanical Contracts such as HVAC, Pre-Construction, Pipe & Duct work, etc.
The Role:
- Managing a team of middle management and estimators
- Liaise with current & prospective clients to drive business
- Implement strategy to drive business growth and project
The Candidate:
- Mechanical Contracting services background (HVAC, FM, Building Services, Plumbing etc)
- Previous Management or commercial experience (Quantity Surveyors, Contracts Managers etc)
- Ambitious and looking for a long term position where you can make a real impact on a SME
