In this Operations and Logistics Coordinator Job, your responsibilities will include:

• Use the CRM system to set up management reports and generate reports to assist with sales monitoring and reporting cycles
• Publish research notes and news on all the platforms and our email system
• Expand the network of platforms on different publications, news wires, research libraries and execution only trading platform
• Monitor our Operations and Client Commitment file to ensure corporate contracts are fulfilled and help improve our operations over time
• Collate roadshow bookings, produce and update roadshow schedules
• Marketing events for corporate clients to attend and encourage investors (delegates) to attend
• Liaise with our social media/ PR/ online advertising functions

• A degree from a good university
• 6 months commercial experience
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A strong communicator, both written and over the phone
• An interest in finance and technology
• Well presented, confident and enthusiastic
