Reverse Logistics & Refurbishment Manager - Requirements

  • Experience in returns processing (vending, white / brown goods)
  • Cost control and efficiency driven
  • Continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Agile with attention to detail
  • A real self-starter with tonnes of enthusiasm and a sense of individuality ï
  • A supportive leader who has a passion for coaching and developing their team

Reverse Logistics & Refurbishment Manager - Responsibilities

  • Provide strategy and leadership for the refurbishment and reverse logistics function
  • Ensure all refurbished components provide a world class experience to our partners and customers
  • Lead and engage the wider refurbishment team (workshop and third party suppliers)
  • Effectively manage all third party contracts/vendors to ensure that all KPIs are met/exceeded.
  • Provide and inform on the global refurbishment strategy
  • Ensure all components are refurbished effectively in order to maximise profitability and efficiency, through working in close partnership with all key stakeholders.
  • Work cross functionally with the Head of Technical development and team to feed back into a continuous improvement loop
  • Work closely with the global operations leads (supply chain, ops, sales, quality)
  • SLA analysis, both financial & operational, of full refurbishment process.
