They would need a big personality, be able to talk to customers all day, putting together deals below market value.
Organisation is also important and be able to prioritise tasks.
No sales progression required however would be useful for them to know the process.
Experience of estate agency essential - a sales neg or valuer who wants a change of direction.
Exciting environment to work within a specialized team ( Wow that sounds amazing !! haha)
Office based and on the telephone most of the day.
Huge financial rewards up to £475 commission on each house bought.
Salary basic £20k OTE £30/£35k
