Operations Manager Permanent East Midlands £50000 - £60000
Your new company
You have the opportunity to work for an organisation leading the way in innovative construction. They have completed a range of projects in both residential and commercial builds and regeneration projects. Consistently working towards new, fresh ideas this organisation are pioneers in completing projects in the most effective and inventive way possible. They are now looking for an Operations Manager to join them on a Permanent basis.
Your new role
You will be overseeing the manufacturing process from start to finish, you will be required to forecast restrictions to any plans however also manage factors such as labour, materials and resources. KPI's will be monitored and reported back meaning you must be comfortable in managing these. The high quality standards maintained by this organisation must stay consistent meaning you will be responsible for quality control of the products. The role requires the successful candidates to liaise with clients and customers so a strong customer service background will be beneficial.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous experience in an Operations Manager role or similar as relevant experience. You will have previous knowledge of manufacturing management and the process in general, alongside proficient IT skills. Previous experience within modular build will also be beneficial however it is not essential. You will be a dedicated and creative individual, not afraid to contribute ideas.
