We are currently recruiting for an Event Operations Manager to join a fast growing, niche membership and events business.

Based in the heart of the City of London, St Paul's, dealing with a unique and exclusive clientele, lies both challenges and opportunities for the successful candidate.


Key attributes required to successfully fulfil the position and responsibilities in this demanding environment include:


* 2 years prior event / conference operations experience (essential)
* Excellent administration skills
* Highly detailed oriented
* Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
* Well-presented and personable
* Ability to balance competing priorities / projects
* Ability to thrive in a high pressure environment, meeting deadlines with ease
* Ability to balance needs of all stakeholders and to prioritise accordingly
* Ability to take responsibility, being authoritative whilst remaining calm and professional
* Comfortable with hosting responsibilities such as handling introductions on-site
* Supervisory skills, ability to delegate and outsource appropriately
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Experience of using InDesign software
* Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems
* Proofreading experience
* Must be comfortable in a five star environment
* International travel throughout Europe and the Middle East is a requirement of the role.
