Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking to work for an entrepreneurial recruitment agency?

The company specialises in recruiting Mid Level candidates and placing them into the charitable and public sector.
The Role
- Manage all the non-sales business functions
- Review the Companys' Terms of Business
- Review the current HR/IT Systems and implement changes to make it more efficient
- Work on continuous changes within the company and action any new legislation
- Finance duties including; budget drafting, internal payroll and negotiations on office rent/costing
