The Role

  • Manage all the non-sales business functions
  • Review the Companys' Terms of Business
  • Review the current HR/IT Systems and implement changes to make it more efficient
  • Work on continuous changes within the company and action any new legislation
  • Finance duties including; budget drafting, internal payroll and negotiations on office rent/costing

The Person

  • Recruitment sector experience is essential
  • Ambitious and driven to achieve high levels of personal success
  • To be able to take full responsibility for projects and work autonomously
