Supply Chain Manager

I am currently partnered with an exciting tech start up currently experiencing 400% YOY growth. They are growing at such a rate that they will soon be moving to a larger office in the New Year. I am assisting in the hire of a supply chain manager, who will be able to build strong relationships with suppliers globally whilst tracking sales and profitability against KPI's.

In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for the following:

• Data-driven decision-making across the product team
• Track performance of suppliers whilst defining standards and governance
• Oversee the synthesis of multiple data channels into a single predictive model of supply and demand.
• Support product managers to create a global strategic product plan
• Provide quality reviews and coordinate activities in support of objectives
• Identify improvement projects, and follow through to execution

To be suitable in this role you will need the following:

• Excellent analytical brain, with solid communication and organisational skills
• Prior experience working in a start-up or similar environment
• You're ambitious with an entrepreneurial, can-do mindset; you're commercially-minded and goal-oriented, with the ability to think creatively.
