THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are recruiting for a very successful company in Sheffield. This company have celebrated substantial growth and as a result are looking to recruit a talented French speaking Logistics Administrator to look after their French customers.

THE JOB:

  • Answering inbound calls, letters and emails from customers and dealing with their queries
  • Processing orders and sending order confirmation to customers
  • Following up orders, making sure dispatch runs on time
  • Liaising with production and warehouse staff for shipping dates
  • Arrange transport and shipment of orders
  • Processing credits for major customers, and keeping database updated
  • Completing various sales reports when required

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Fluent French language skills - both written and oral communication
  • Previous logistics admin / customer service / sales administration experience is required
  • Strong IT skills in MS office
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and a good sense of initiative
