Your new role
Your new role will involve you managing a portfolio of clients based from the central London office. On a day to day basis you will be liaising with your clients and composing new RFP's, PO's, Tenders and producing recommendations to client's stakeholders. Regular negotiations of contracts new and existing will play a key part of this role so a background in contracts is desirable for a successful candidate.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to be confident, have a strong understanding of negotiating, influencing outcomes and analytical mindset.
An understanding of cost makeup in facilities services will be required with excellent numerical and grammatical skills are required.

Other Key Skills:

  • Excellent PC Skills, Microsoft Package.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Understanding of IFM Services.
  • Experience with suppliers across EMEA.
