Shipping & Sales Coordinator

Working for a growing company who are recruiting for this new role due to business growth, this is an opportunity not to be missed to join a friendly, loyal office team.

Reporting to the Sales Director this is a stand alone role where you will have the responsibility to support the Sales & Logistics team with the below duties:

* Receive incoming customer enquiries and prepare information ready for quotation

* Set up sales opportunities on the internal software

* Ensuring electronic customer files are up to date and accurate

* Liaising with the international sales agents, distributors and transport department ensuring deliveries arrive on time

* Create sales quotations and send out to customers

* Assisting with exhibitions as required

* Update quotation and order templates

* Process shipping documentation as required for international deliveries

* Work with the Marketing team to manage the Sales Lead Generation Data

Skills required:

* Fluent in English + One other Foreign Language (Ideally Spanish)

* Previous customer service and shipping experience

* Excellent Computer skills

* Highly Organised

* Good communication skills
