Supply Chain Finance Manager - £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits

Are you someone who enjoys the variety of working in a multi-site role, acting as a business partner to key stakeholders within the business? If so, then Macildowie are working with a premier employer in Nottingham to secure an exceptional Qualified Accountant to identify opportunities that drive operational and financial improvements within their supply chain.

This is an exciting role, where you will be a key cog in a very important wheel for the business. You'll be covering 3 sites, being the most senior finance person to engage with the directors of those business units. You'll be a commercially minded finance professional, but also someone who is still happy to put together the monthly management accounts and the annual statutory financial statements.

You'll deliver monthly reviews with site directors, holding them to account on their budgets and general performance, help to drive local projects that are aimed at improving business insight and commercial decision making.

You will be someone who is at the finalist stage of your professional studies or someone who has already qualified. You will be an excellent communicator that can challenge the status quo where required, but also work collaboratively to achieve medium term goals.

You will be used to working in businesses of scale, where working at pace and with complexity are part of your dna. You'll be someone who is customer focused, someone who is constantly looking at ways to improve and someone who understands that your decisions and behaviours have both a direct and indirect impact.
