- Support the Global Procurement functions IT Category spend from end to end with a primary focus within the UK with scope to manage global suppliers.
- Support the business in change initiatives to transition into new ways of working.

- My Leeds based client are a globally recognised financial services business who are currently in an exciting period of change, especially within their strategic procurement function.
Description
- Developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders to identify and deliver improved procurement solutions.
- Delivering budgeted targets (savings, cash flow, cost reduction depending on business focus) to drive improvements in operating margin and deliver the businesses strategic priorities.
- Ensure effective supplier relationship management and governance with supporting KPI's.
- Undertake market analysis to identify new opportunities to drive value.
- Oversee and input into the purchase order process within IT ensuring exemplary control is in place.
Profile
- A relevant qualification and/or relevant commercial experience and expertise
- A minimum of 4 grade A to C GCSE's including Maths & English
- Educated to 'A' Level standard
- Previous experience required in the Procurement of IT services and assets in a complex growth business
- CIPS or willing to work towards
- Developing as a Procurement Professional
