  • My Leeds based client are a globally recognised financial services business who are currently in an exciting period of change, especially within their strategic procurement function.

Description

  • Developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders to identify and deliver improved procurement solutions.
  • Delivering budgeted targets (savings, cash flow, cost reduction depending on business focus) to drive improvements in operating margin and deliver the businesses strategic priorities.
  • Ensure effective supplier relationship management and governance with supporting KPI's.
  • Undertake market analysis to identify new opportunities to drive value.
  • Oversee and input into the purchase order process within IT ensuring exemplary control is in place.

Profile

  • A relevant qualification and/or relevant commercial experience and expertise
  • A minimum of 4 grade A to C GCSE's including Maths & English
  • Educated to 'A' Level standard
  • Previous experience required in the Procurement of IT services and assets in a complex growth business
  • CIPS or willing to work towards
  • Developing as a Procurement Professional
