Logistics Co-ordinator
Location: Leeds
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 DOE

The Role
Responsible for supporting the UK operational logistics requirements, ensuring the smooth transfer of stock from the UK warehouse to retail, salon and e-commerce customers.
• Manage Amazon order process end-to-end, including charge back process
• Take ownership of the UK order processes, ensuring all orders are entered onto the system to ensure that all SLA's are met
• Ensure all special requirement orders are completed following the correct process
• Co-ordinate delivery of all UK orders direct to customers
• Work closely with the 3rd Party Logistics firms to ensure orders are being managed proactively
• Review the use / need of 3rd party providers and consider improvements in the service
• Monitor "On Time In Full" performance, understanding any reasons for failure and identify potential solutions
• Review and report on the number of Electrical Units in Progress per month to feedback to the business
• Provide support where necessary for stocktakes and exhibitions
• Anticipate issues to help manage Supply Chain risk. "Go the extra mile" to ensure that issues are resolved promptly
• Support the development and implementation of overall Supply Chain strategy
Our Ideal Candidate
• Previous experience with the likes of Amazon or other E-commerce warehouses
• Confident and proficient with Excel
• Experience of dealing with logistics providers & ability to understand networks
• Solid customer service, warehousing & logistics experience
• Ideally experience within a fast-moving, international consumer business (Experience in e-commerce distribution would be ideal)
• Ability to work autonomously, plan and organise own workload and to work within agreed SLA's
• Enthusiastic with a "hands-on style", capable of resolving day-to-day issues
• Ability to look at existing processes and drive service improvements
