Export Administrator
£21,000 - £25,000 pa (dependent upon experience)

We are extremely pleased to have available within our vibrant sometimes fast pace team a position for an export documentation and general administrator
This is a varied role which requires excellent communications skills, and problem solving is essential.
Duties include:
- Dealing with customers and suppliers over the phone
- Negotiating transportation rates
- Preparing quotations
- Placing bookings
- Taking ownership of bookings from initial quotation stage to completion
Skills/Experience Required:
- Team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Having excellent attention to detail with dealing with export paperwork
- Be able to use own initiative to solve day to day challenges
- Being able to think on your feet and work to deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Negotiating skills
- Planning and organisational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent IT skills including word and Excel
- Purchasing experience
Desirable skills:
- Freight industry experience
- Administration qualifications
- Purchasing experience
