Adecco are recruiting for a fantastic Operations Manager role for our large corporate client based in a busy but friendly open-plan office environment.
This could be the opportunity for you!
Our ideal candidate will have great organisation skills who is able to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients. We're looking for an individual with a strong I.T skills (especially familiar with Excel) and ideally knowledge of multi-function devices in a helpdesk/support capacity.

- initiative, good attention to detail and the desire for a challenge?
The successful applicants will be responsible for delivery of service to meet SLA's and to enable the development of relationships between internal and external teams. This role would be ideally suited for an individual who has experience of management in a technical industry.
Essential qualities:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven people management skills
- Good command of I.T packages such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Ability to convey concepts and ideas effectively to all stakeholders.
- Clean driving licence (Highly favourable but not essential)
Desirable qualities:
- Previous experience of Print industry.
- Experience of working in a helpdesk/support capacity
- I.T diagnostic skills
- Clean driving Licence and access to vehicle
This role will be for an initial 6-month contract with the prospect of permanent for the right candidate.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm
Salary: Circa £20K-£23K
