Our client a leading global Print Solutions organisation based in Egham in Surrey are looking for a Supply Chain Planner.

Objective

To have solid understanding of E2E supply chain process, have proved experience in creating monthly and weekly production schedule by taking into consideration of production constraints and dynamic sales environment. To monitor and control the supply plan to ensure that sales forecast will be fulfilled on time. Proactively working with other members of the team, sales operating companies, internal customers to capture sales above forecast, identify constraints in current supply plan, communicate of recovery plan with business stakeholders to minimise the shortage in supply. Assisting line manager with reports and daily analysis to improve overall supply performance.
Experienced in placing PO's in ERP systems, comfortable with data analysis and producing reports by using Excel.
You will be one of the key players in the continuous development of planning processes.

Requirements

-Degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management or Mathematical degree
-Proved record of 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain field
-Excellent in Excel. Excel tests will be given before and during Interview
-To be able to work in fast pace working environment
-Experience in using SAP, ERP system
-Very strong analytical skills, attention to detail
-Have "can do" attitude

Job role and responsibilities

-Work collaboratively with other planners in the team to create and deliver short term and long term supply plan within agreed cost in the most optimised way
-Liaise with vendors to ensure stock availability
-Control and manage inventory against agreed DOI and set up replenishment plan
-Identify constraints in supply and provide solution plan to the business
-Work with Senior planner to analyse demand vs. supply and provide business with improvement plan
-Support and engage in a culture of continuous improvement in all task, process, and cost opportunities
-Produce and assist with daily reports
-Proactively communicate supply issue with both internal and external customers
