The Role

• Heading up the Inventory, Revenue and Yield team which includes 17 members of staff and sits in between Sales and Operations
• The purpose of this position is to maximise ad revenue from airtime
• The team's purpose is to generate value through yield management, data visualisation and creating new trading agreements. Therefore, communication will be a large part of your role; relaying important updates and information to the necessary individuals.
• You will be expected to implement the yield management strategy across TV and VOD inventory including their programmatic product

The Person

• Will have a commercial understanding and experience communicating to teams all new products, updates and overall sales enablement needs
• Programmatic knowledge with which they can help optimize their offering
• Experience in trading; understanding and tracking where the spend is and where it goes and then communicating this to finance teams
• An understanding of the Linear and, or VOD markets
• Prior management experience with a team of 10 people as a minimum
• Experience or an understanding of how you would apply yield processes and therefore, understand the data set and theoretical application necessary
