Our client is a market leading Services provider. They are currently looking to appoint a Sales Operations Director to take full P&L responsibility of a multi channel business unit.

The Role

The role will take full P&L responsibility for a multi channel business unit with over 80 FTE across Sales, customer services, and operations. You will be responsible for driving the strategic development agenda across the UK.

  • Implement, monitor, evaluate and evolve the strategy proactively to ensure a market leading position by delivering operational excellence
  • Manage the P&L to ensure that expenditure delivers within the budget set, manage effectively and efficiently the businesses cash flow and balance sheet.
  • Deliver, monitor and evolve the sales and marketing strategies and operations to achieve its pipeline conversion rates, sales targets and revenue.
  • Significant leadership experience of a multi-functional and multi-channel business area
  • Experience of managing a full P&L
  • Experience working in and creating a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to design and build or evolve systems & processes ensuring they are scalable and reliable
