AIRFREIGHT EXPORT OPERATOR - FREIGHT FORWARDING
£20,000 TO £25,000

Previous experience in Airfreight & Freight Forwarding is essential
We are working with a Birmingham based Freight Forwarder who are seeking to recruit a new AIRFREIGHT EXPORT OPERATOR to join their multimodal freight operations.
The role will be to handle Airfreight Export bookings from start to finish,
- Taking enquiries,
- Gaining rates and quoting jobs,
- Making bookings with airlines,
- Cutting Air Way Bills & raising documentation,
- Completing Customs Entries
- Arranging transport for freight collections,
- Handling all Freight administration and customer service.
The role is working in a small, but busy and fast paced freight forwarding operation and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate an understanding of Airfreight Export operations.
Experience of handling other modes of transport such as Seafreight or Roadfreight and Imports would be an advantage though not essential.
