FULL TIME - WAREHOUSE MANAGER - CHESHAM
My client is a well-established retailer who are extremely passionate about what they do, with amazing products on offer their stores and online business is the go to place for those all-important gifts. They pride themselves creating an environment that is fun, welcoming and one where you will continue to shop time and time again.
Due to continued success in their online business and store trade, my client is looking for an experienced warehouse manager to head up the team in their distribution center in Chesham. As warehouse manager you will be responsible for managing a small team during normal trading months and at peak trade up to 40.
You will be reporting to the Head of Distribution, where together you will ensure deadlines are met. This is a vital role in the business playing a key part in processing all orders in the warehouse, working towards pick/pack targets. Therefore remaining calm whilst working under pressure is a key trait to have. Ensure that you demonstrate well and lead from the front ensure the team is working to the best standards. You will have a solid understanding of the demands of online trading and therefore have a can do, flexible attitude to drive a team to go above and beyond.
YOU MUST HAVE:
2 years experience in a similar role.
People management skills - engaging and motivating abilities.
A keen eye for detail, and driven to smash targets.
Computer/In- house systems literate.
Flexibility and a can do attitude.
