Are you an experienced in logistics and looking for a new and exciting opportunity? If so, our client based in St Albans are looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join their expanding team!

You will be joining a company who are market leaders in design, sourcing, marketing and distribution, and your skills will be used to supervise the daily operations within a fast paced warehouse environment!

Key responsibilities:

  • Control and manage inventories
  • Supervise up to 40 warehouse employees, and oversee daily processes
  • Liaising with other departments, ensuring that their requests are dealt with efficiently to tight timelines.
  • You will ensure that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met
  • You will manage the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment

What the employer is looking for:

  • Experience within a similar position is a must, preferably from a logistics background
  • You will have a focused and level headed approach
  • Able to demonstrate enthusiasm and professionalism

  • Flexible and adaptable

Hours:Monday-Friday, 6am - 2pm
