EXPORT SHIPPING OPERATOR
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000

Immediate opening for an EXPORT SHIPPING OPERATOR to work in International export operations, for a large global Aerospace & Defence organisation.
We are seeking an EXPORT SHIPPING OPERATOR who has been responsible for arranging the Export of International shipments, via Seafreight, Airfreight and European Roadfreight.
Working closely with carriers and Freight Forwarders to obtain rates and cost jobs, raise and produce export shipping documentation, arrange collections and deliveries and also have knowledge and experience of export customs procedures for entries and bonded warehouses. Complete all Export administration, liaising across internal departments and overseas offices to ensure the safe and prompt movement of freight.
The successful candidate will need to be a team player who has previously worked in Exports for a manufacturer or freight forwarder and has experience of handling Airfreight/Seafreight/Roadfreight shipments and have knowledge of export customs.
