Procurement Specialist £45,000 Sheffield

You will be working for a Financial Services organisation, located in Sheffield.

Your new role

Within your role as a Procurement Specialist, you will act as the in-house specialist for all Procurement needs across the business. You will be providing advice, support and best-practice guidance to colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring that all spend activities are effectively carried out in a commercially focused, driven and compliant manner.

You will manage all supplier relationships and directly lead on all complex and high value procurements, including managing the evaluation and moderating process, act as a lead on all tenders as well as being involved in all budgeting processes.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be MCIPS Qualified or equivalent and have a passion for supporting change and be experienced in developing and embedding continuous improvements across the procurement department. You will hold exceptionally strong supplier management skills be able to review processes and challenge these when needed
