Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 Depending on experience
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Overall responsibility and control of transport operation, ensuring the delivery of a high quality and cost efficient service to customers.
  • Plan, co-ordinate, supervise, review and report upon the work activities of a team through effective management, communication, leadership, motivation, training & development.
  • Maximise the weekly, monthly and annual performance of the site transport function.
  • Compliance with company and local statutory obligations regarding working time/road transport legislation, operator licensing, Health & Safety and quality.

  • Relevant transport management experience in a fast moving dynamic environment
  • Must have a valid CPC qualification
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to work in a diverse environment
  • Analytical and methodical by nature, able to support recommendations with accurate data
  • Excellent knowledge of UK geography
