Interim HR Project Manager - £400 to £500 per day

My client, multi-million-dollar medical equipment manufacturing company, are looking to recruit an Interim HR Project Manager based in North West London. It is a 6-month contract, paying between £400 and £500 depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress within a globally renowned company undergoing a huge transformation programme.

The role:

You will be responsible for a number of projects, creating, managing and executing project plans.

  • Work with managers to define the scope of work, objectives and success criteria for projects
  • Collaborate with the team to hold and run meetings to develop project plans and present to Senior Management
  • Monitor projects to ensure they stay on track and in budget
  • Create resource plans and identify opportunities for increasing efficiency
  • Create dashboards and scorecards to present information for management and stakeholders
  • Work with Managers to set up governance and controls to increase efficiency and consistency
  • There will be some project-dependent travel involved in this role, which may be up to 20%

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' demonstrable experience of leading end to end projects in an HR environment
  • A Project Management Qualification i.e. Prince2 or PMI certification
  • A background in process improvement and project management
  • Experience successfully implementing process and system change
  • Experience within a global environment
  • Experience of managing multiple global payroll projects
  • Good stakeholder management skills at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills and a good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma frameworks and proven experience with Agile methodology
