Job Details

Based in Central London, this globally recognised property company is seeking an FM Procurement Manager to join its Property Management FM business unit. With an annual team expenditure of £200-250m, you will oversee all category management, strategic sourcing, supplier-relationship management and supplier-performance activities for the key categories of spend.

You will also work closely with business unit leadership and lead cross-functional teams to develop strategic Procurement and supply chain management/supplier relationship management strategies and solutions that align to the organisation and business unit strategies.

You’ll need the following experience: 

  • Minimum of three years’ relevant Procurement experience
  • Experience within Property or Facilities Management is preferable (or, if not, then Indirects experience)
