Job Details

Our client has recently won new contracts allowing them to grow and expand, which has allowed to them to significantly expand their UK service. They are looking for an Indirect Procurement manager to join their growing team to join them in their state of the art offices in London.

This is a great opportunity for anybody wanting to join a fantastic team and company that has a truly global reach. You'll ow strategy and budget on several categories including HR, Professional Services and Facilities Management. On top of this, there are significant avenues for progressions within the organization, including secondments in other departments.

The Indirect Procurement Manager's key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering end-to-end procurement strategies and projects aimed to deliver true value to the company
  • Contract negotiation with suppliers on services including IT, FM and marketing
  • Supplier and contract management - ensuring suppliers are aligned with policies, procurement procedures, governance and values
    • This includes meeting with and reviewing contracts with relevant stakeholders and other procurement managers
  • Be the key negotiator, ensuring the successful delivery of robust contracts with approved suppliers to align with company requirements and obligations
  • Tendering, and managing contracts with key vendors and suppliers
  • Managing the efficient use of their contract module, for storing their completed contracts and approval forms

Required:

  • The ability to work within defined budgets and timescales, and a track record of impressive individual savings on procurement projects
  • Experience in indirect categories including FM, Professional Services and IT
  • Extensive end-to-end procurement experience
  • Experience with online tendering platforms such as Oracle, SAP
  • Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders at various levels, both internal and external
