Global PMO Sourcing Lead

The key responsibilities:

• Project manage and coordinate all work stream activities to ensure successful project delivery
• Use your expertise of Project Management and Strategic Sourcing in a Manufacturing environment to influence key stakeholders and ensure smooth progression of workstreams
• Target project cost savings in the region of $100 Million by 2020
• Work closely with key senior stakeholders to align strategies with Project guidelines
• Use your passion for Procurement and operational excellence to drive best practice
• Ensure consistency between Value Creation activities, sourcing strategies and product plans.
• Not only provide strategic project management but also adopt a more 'hands on' approach to deliver project targets

Candidate profile:

• Must have experience with Strategic Sourcing and Project Management
• Ideally have experience with Project Management in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment
• Experience working with key commodities in the Engineering industry
• Demonstrable experience of key stakeholder management
• Demonstrable Leadership experience
• A passion for change management
• Degree educated: Mechanical Engineering or similar
