Global Professional Services Leader
Location - Spain or Italy

This global professional services organization is looking for a junior sourcing manager or specialist IT Buyer to join their global Technology team to support on local sourcing activities for Spain and Italy. You will be working virtually as part of a global team responsible for delivering local projects such as Data Centre Consolidation, IT Networks, CRM Systems and more. You will be the trusted business advisor for IT Procurement to the local business stakeholders in advising on best sourcing strategies, leading supplier negotiations and providing detailed analysis of spend and market data.
As the IT Procurement - Buyer you will be responsible for:
- End to end contracts management for local IT Projects
- Negotiating with key IT suppliers on contract and license renewals
- Working closely with local stakeholders to support on new technology implementation and roll-outs
- Providing detailed management information to the global team including project reports, market data and spend analysis
- Ensuring the global technology sourcing strategy is appropriately applied and being complied with at local level
To take on the IT Procurement - Buyer position you must have the following skills:
- Fluent in English, Italian and/or Spanish is a must. Other European languages also highly desirable
- Proven commercial ability in a procurement role, preferably in the sourcing of IT products and services
- Excellent negotiations and contact management skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work as part of a cross-functional and multi-national team
- Ability to work independently and remotely with an international reporting structure
