A global risk consulting firm who operate in many different countries but this role is based in the London Office and they are looking for a Technical Sales Operations Manager £60k-£70k plus Team Bonus (Zoho) to focus on these main areas of the business with the Database: We are looking for a Zoho Champion!

Based near Liverpool street station in London, we are after a Technical Sales Operations Manager. This role is a pivotal role in the business as all functions are relying on this database to be up and running for the 4 business areas to run in. You will be working with a Junior CRM Administrator to help you alongside this project and once the project is complete you will be managing this department and a team underneath you.

This role will focus on the upgrade and implementation of the sales technology, particularly ensuring that the CRM system; Zoho, is effectively supporting our sales and marketing functions from the CRM Manager.

The role will also focus on measurement of Sales Team performance and sales strategy across all regions in order to help reach future goals.

This is what you will do:

To take the lead with upgrading our CRM system so that it is being used as effectively as possible with a particular focus on delivering a seamless integration with the Marketing Automation System at the front end and the finance system WorkDay at the back end.
*Working with sales and marketing team members to ensure they are managing leads effectively across the sales and marketing funnel, ensuring the MAS and CRM systems are fully utilized and smooth handover of leads to sales.
*To manage and evaluate data within the CRM system, the MAS and WorkDay in order to understand the client expenditure, trends, identify opportunities and evaluate the current strategic client targets and measure the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns.
*To help shape a territory focus both for sales team members and wider employees to get the most value from trips and avoid duplicate travel & missed opportunities.
*To train current and new employees in how to use our CRM system correctly.
*Tracking performance of sales team members and employees with sales targets to ensure they are hitting targets and performing successfully.
*To help with a technical sales strategy, establish KPIs and future goals.

This is the experience I need from you…

*Prior experience in a sales operations, sales process design, or sales roles in a B2B organisation;
*Robust understanding of CRM systems and how it can enable and add value to the sales cycle;
*Relevant experience managing others and interfacing with board, marketing, sales and other senior stakeholders.
*Excellent Microsoft Office skills; including Word, Powerpoint and a strong emphasis on Excel.
*Experience using business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI would be valuable.

The individual will need to have the following key personal skills and attributes to perform successfully in this role:

*Excellent communication, and writing skills;
*Ability to take a hands-on approach and effectively interface with professionals and business leaders at all levels;
*Capability to think like a sales person and thoroughly understand the B2B sales process with the opportunities and challenges surrounding it;
*Strong organisational and presentation skills; and, independent strategic thinking
