Events Operations Manager
INCREDIBLE PORTFOLIO OF EXHIBITIONS & CONFERENCES

Stunning Central London office location
Salary: £35,000 plus a 20% BONUS + Possible international travel + super company benefits and rewards schemes

Our client is an award-winning organiser of international trade shows and conferences. They run over 150+ exhibitions and events each year globally, with many market leading conferences serving several key industry sectors. Their events are hosted globally including; Russia, USA, Malaysia, Brazil, Europe, Middle East and Asia!

As a result of their continued growth, this team are currently recruiting for a permanent new addition as a ‘Operations Manager’ to oversee the delivery of an incredible portfolio of events, achieving operational excellence across each event.

What we are looking for
My client is seeking an Operations Manager with a minimum of two years exhibition experience, coupled with strong planning and implementation skills gained within an exhibitions and/or conferences background. You will have previous management experience, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. IOSH certification is a must, along with understanding and knowledge of venue and LA regulations and technical expertise.

Job Purpose
As Operations Manager, the key focus of your role will be to ensure that all event runs flawlessly! You will achieve this by devising and managing an operational plan for each event and the budget. My client’s mission is to continuously provide the best possible customer service for all exhibitors and visitors, so do this keep in the back of your mind at all times! Reporting in to the Senior Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager and Operations Co-ordinator to deliver shows of various sizes to exceptional standards.
