Logistics and Fleet Coordinator (Vehicle Rental) - Birmingham - £18k - £25k
Our client is a specialist vehicle rental company. Due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit a Logistics Coordinator to join their busy team.
Duties
Ensuring that the highest level of customer service is met as well as maintaining optimal fleet utilisation with maximum profit.
Essential Skills include:

Processing of enquiries and bookings via telephone and email in line with customer SLA.

To organise the delivery and collection of vehicles to maximise service standards and minimise costs.

To be commercially aware and identify and report new business opportunities

Liaise with the central fleet team and local branches to source vehicles that are necessary to meet customer bookings

To ensure the accurate completion of all vehicle documentation on the in house rental system

Organise repairs and warranty work to vehicles where necessary and progress all vehicles in for repair

Accurately complete all fuel documentation daily and ensure competent members of staff receive fuel deliveries in accordance with relevant legislation

Record damage and recharge to the customer in line with the customer SLA

Processing and recharging of fines in line with customer SLA
Ideal Candidate:
-
You will have a Driving licence
-
Sufficient understanding of vehicle technology to identify defects which prohibit a vehicle from being roadworthy and its ancillary equipment from being unsafe to use.

Prior experience of controlling damage recharge or demonstrable experience within the vehicle industry

Business standard IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook

Excellent communication and customer care skills
Salary - £18k - £25k depending on experience
Company pension scheme
Working hours 8:30am - 17:30pm Monday-Friday and up to two Saturdays per month 09:00 - 12:00pm
