Reed Procurement & Supply Chain are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join a busy construction firm based in the grays area.
The role comes with a company car plus package.
• Ensuring all assigned contracts are delivered within budget and on-time from prestart to completion.
• Ensuring that effective communication is maintained between staff and clients.
• Manage on-going contract issues and outcomes with support from the Operations Director.
• Keep abreast of changes in legislation and implement accordingly.
• To apply quality control procedures to ensure the maintenance of high standards of installation, service and compliance with the specification of products used on site.
• Ensure that the safety is maintained and reflected positively through your actions and those of the site operatives.
• Assist in the maintenance of contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all assigned projects.
