This agency has been around for many years and have established themselves as experts in moving audiences to improve business performance.

They have a large creative team of specialists and produce imaginative work across digital, film, content and design for many well-known major global brands.

In the UK they have offices in London and Leeds and employ over 100 people. They are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day commerciality, operations and output of the Design and Content teams.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Operations you'll oversea delivery of multiple creative projects on time and in budget. This is a vital role for the business to deliver intelligent, creative communications that have a lasting impact.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the Project Managers and external clients, management of the briefing and amends process

• Scoping, specifying and quoting projects

• Managing the deliverables of live projects and producing larger scale projects

• Supplier sourcing and management

• Management of system accuracy, providing management information including revenue and resource forecasts

• Overview of resource management and liaising with freelancers

What We're Looking For:

You will make things happen! Forward thinking and with an assertive side you'll have the ability to challenge and say ‘no' constructively when required.

You'll ideally be from an agency in a similar role having managed and communicated with teams of creatives in a studio environment.

An excellent communicator and super organised, you'll thrive when working in a really busy agency. You'll have proven experience in a similar role and have an engaging and confident personality whilst leading by example.

You'll already have the knowledge of budgeting, costing and scheduling work and managing print and procure suppliers to support the delivery of client projects.

This is a fast-paced agency with live event deadlines, so you'll be used to working under pressure, organised and have excellent communication skills.
