We are pleased to be exclusively working with a global luxury hotel group within their retail brand division. Based at their corporate central London offices with occasional International travel, you will be responsible for shaping the operational and logistics structure and for managing the process flow for the Retail division.

The Retail Operations Manager will lead all operational and logistical activities and related projects for the Corporate Retail team and liaison with Resort Management across all properties worldwide. The role is also responsible for reviewing existing processes at property level and identifying opportunities to improve and set new standards. This position will Report to the Head of Retail to advise and implement new retail processes, operations and policies.

The successful candidate will have a background in retail operations, custom and excise duty and logistics ideally five years. An exposure within the fashion or luxury consumer products sectors essential. System skills using POS (point of sale) System essential. You will have a strong knowledge of store technologies and systems and experience in supporting the operational process essential. Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills essential.
