Job title: Contracts Manager
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Overall purpose of the job:
Protection of the company through the drafting and negotiation of appropriate supplier contracts

Key responsibilities for this job:
o Primary responsibility for the legal review, negotiation and amendment of supplier agreements
o Ensuring that all technical, commercial and operational contract content has been reviewed and approved by the relevant stakeholders
o Owning the Supplier Contract Process and driving process improvements and efficiencies.
o Will support a wide range of supplier contracting activity including purchases of: data centre services, IT hardware, software licenses, SaaS, public cloud services, connectivity, business systems, marketing services,
general office supplies.
o Representing the company at industry-wide collective negotiations with BT.
o Working with Product Management to ensure that supplier terms are flowed down into our terms and conditions for new services.

Knowledge and experience required:
o Law Degree
o Three (3) years' relevant post-graduate experience in commercial supplier contracts environment
o Understanding of IT service industry.
o Exceptionally high level of attention to detail
o Ability to work under pressure to agreed timeframes and manage competing demands and organise and prioritise workload accordingly
o Experience of major software vendors service provider programmes beneficial (e.g. Microsoft)
o Experience of public cloud provider service provider programmes beneficial (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google)
