The Company:
Our client is a British company, European leader in their industry

Main Responsibility:
To nurture the customers and encourage growth to business

The Role:
- Managing large portfolio of Key Accounts in Europe
- Developing existing / new Accounts (mostly France but internationally)
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Visiting clients and prospects when required / introduce the new product range
- Consistently meet KPIs / Targets
- Management of Export Sales Staff
- Providing monthly reports on current activities and performances
- Coordinating with different departments: Sales Director / Warehouse / Quality / Finance

The Candidate:
- Fluency in a European language desirable
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable
- Articulate, confident and well presented individual
- Proven track record of successful sales - Excellent account management
- Excellent communication and decision making skills
- Lots of initiative and common sense
- Goal-orientated - tenacious personality
- Ability to adapt to a variety of negotiation scenarios

Salary:
£40k - £45k pa + £5-8k pa Bonus
