Job Summary:

This is a high-profile role in the Global Headquarters of D3O, a design and innovation company. The Supply Chain Manager will be required to be energetic, independent, confident and able to work under pressure. The role requires the oversight and hands on management of stock, inventory, freight forwarders and manufacturing activities.

Key to the success of the role is an ability to contribute to a dynamic, fast paced, global organisation. A flexible approach and a willingness to “make things happen” is essential. The company is growing fast and we need candidates that can change and adapt within a commercial context.

Role responsibilities and duties:

Oversee and manager global inventory levels, recommending changes as required by commercial context.
Skilled user of Salesforce- converting Opportunities to Sales orders and placing Purchase Orders on manufacturers and other suppliers.
Produce KPIs and reports as required on inventory, DIFOT and supplier performance.
Line Manager Supply Chain Coordinator and Warehouse Supervisor
Control and ensure compliance of global shipping of chemicals and finished products my air, sea, land.
Ensure HMRC and international Import/Export regulations are adhered to.
Plan and conduct stock validation by cycle count and annual stock checks.
Contribute to Demand Planning and raw material forecasting process.
Drive improvement and positive change within the Order to Cash process.
