This Procurement Coordinator role is for one of the largest and most respected brands in High Street gaming, synonymous with excitement and best value entertainment. The Company operates c170 venues across the UK and they are part of a highly successful Group that trades in over 40 countries.

The role will focus on the procurement, ordering and organisation of all products associated with the roll-out of the refurbishment programme. You will work cross-functionally between all departments within the business, working directly with Construction and alongside Customer Service, Maintenance, Product, Operations and Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching new products and sourcing equivalent products for the UK market
  • Establishing stakeholder requirements
  • Placing orders
  • Project managing from placing of order to installation and delivery of that product to site
  • Engaging regularly with the Construction Project Managers to achieve timelines within the Construction Programme
  • Tendering of new contractors
  • Collating and checking all warranties on products
  • Monitoring the cost estimation/cost tracker
  • Ensuring all products comply with UK legislations and suitability of use
  • Researching new companies and constantly engaging new suppliers
  • Assisting with general administration duties when required.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience within a procurement and supplier management role is essential
  • Previous experience working within project management and working to tight timelines is essential
  • Superior organisation and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management (both internal and external)
  • Experience in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Knowledge and/or experience of the construction industry would be preferred
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of UK Building regulations would be a strong advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Capability to communicate effectively across all levels of seniority.
