Experienced Procurement Support Administrator is required to work from our clients new production plant within the Automotive sector in Liverpool. Working hours Monday - Thursday 0800-1630, Friday 0800-1515.
Main duties:
- You will be the single point of contact for procurement at the Liverpool site.
- Processing corporate purchase orders into local schedule agreements for production items purchased for the company.
- Dealing with purchase orders for investments and tooling.
- Reporting of KPI metrics on purchase requisition to goods receipt.
- Local point of contact for accounts payable for resolving price queries for production and indirect spend.
- Resolving issues with various departments via email and face to face meetings.

Experience required:
- Experience of working in a production office or similar would be an advantage.
- Experience within another procurement support role.
- Excellent computer and communication skills.
