Description

As a Warehouse Team Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurate and timely planning of daily work volumes in order to meet customer requirements
  • Monitor team performance in order to achieve productivity in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Development of the team across all areas of the operation
  • Ensure orders are dispatched in accordance to the customer's demands
  • KPI Management

Profile

The successful Warehouse Team Manager will:

  • Ability to develop relationships with dedicated team and across the business
  • Previous experience managing teams within a distribution environment
  • Available to commute to the Sheffield area
