This is truly unique opportunity for the correct candidate to take accelerated jump within their career in a short space of time.
The opportunity is to join a growing company with a staff of 10 which will grow to 20 by 2021. The opportunity involves working along side the managing director.
The company has the vision and ability to grow 3-fold in 30 months which will mean for an exciting, challenging and rewarding environment.
You will be a key player in building the foundations of the business to take the business through its next growth cycle.

Tell me more about this role?
• People - responsibility for developing client management, strategic and service skills, nurturing & coaching talent in the business.
• Service development - implementing and making changes to our process to improve customer service
• Managing key managers within the business.
• Managing stock and inventory
• Oversees manufacturing functions
• Improves existing systems and policies
• Keeping your team members motivated, well trained and focused on our vision
• Developing a range of accurate KPI in relation to customer service
• Develop plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Salary
£60,000-£90,000 including profit share scheme. Dependant on experience and ability.
What training can I expect?
We have an extensive in-house training provided by the world-famous Michael Gerber - E-myth courses. We also offer regular external training to each and every team member. You will be provided with monthly mentor sessions with the MD.
What career progression can I expect?
Managing Director within 3 years - Will include financial buy in options.

The right attitude - driven, hard-working, organised, reliable, team player, friendly and positive. A high attention to detail and desire for exceptional standards. Understanding the needs and expectations of customers. The ability to multi task and think outside the box. Strong management skills are a must.
