AIRFREIGHT EXPORT CO-ORDINATOR - FREIGHT FORWARDING

Offering £25,000 to £28,000 Depending on experience

AIRFREIGHT EXPORT experience requiredWe are working with a Global Freight Forwarder to recruit an experienced AIRFREIGHT EXPORT CO-ORDINATOR to join their Birmingham based operation.

Seeking a candidate who has gained experience of working in Freight Forwarding and has hands on experience of handling AIRFREIGHT EXPORT shipments.

The role responsibilities will include;

  • Taking booking enquiries
  • Making reservations with Airlines
  • Negotiation for Export freight rates
  • Arranging collections and deliveries
  • Raising all Documentation, HAWB’s. MAWB’s etc
  • Completing Customs Entries
  • Tracing and Tracking Freight
  • Liaising with Customers, Overseas agents, Airlines and Carriers
  • Manging large key account customers
  • Resolving any customer service issues
  • Completing all freight administration from opening the shipment file to invoicing out

The successful candidate will be required to have gained working experience within the Freight Forwarding industry handling AIRFREIGHT EXPORT shipments from start to finish.
