Operations Manager- Chichester- Engineering industry
Job requirements:
- Daily management of a team of 5- Order Processors/ Warehouse/Assembly
- Manage internal Order Processing System
- Manage, develop and improve all Commercial Processes
- Quality Assurance - maintain company certification to ISO 9001 : 2015
- Responsible for planning of production, stock control and production schedule
- Dealing with customer support requests
- Negotiating with suppliers, managing customer expectations and ensuring ontime delivery of all orders
- Recruitment, disciplinaries and reviews with all reporting staff
- Management of team KPI's
Experience required:
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Proven man-management experience
- Lean/ Six sigma knowledge advantageous
- Experience within Production or Manufacturing preferable
