Position: Operations Manager
Salary: £40,000 + incredible bonus scheme

About the Venue and Company

- Established as a market leader in terms of standards of service and F&B quality
About the position
- You will oversee day to day operations and report into the General Manager
- Standards of service and looking after members is a huge part of this role
- Will lead the F&B department and execute strategy to achieve goals
The Ideal Candidate
- Will have a very strong understanding of our members expectations
- Have solid back of house financials – stock, labor control and P%L
- Will have over 10 years’ experience in similar high-end venues
